I’m Gloria Eze, and my journey from Nigeria to Australia in 2016 sparked a culinary adventure. While embracing the warmth of Australian culture, I found myself longing for the rich flavors of my homeland. This inspired me to blend traditional West African recipes with unique Australian native ingredients like Lemon Myrtle, Kakadu Plum, and Bush Tomato, creating a fusion of flavors that brings together the best of both worlds.
